3D printing (additive manufacturing) builds three-dimensional solid objects by depositing material layer by layer, enabling direct part production without molds.
CNC machining (Computer Numerical Control) uses programmed commands to precisely cut materials with cutting tools. We operate dozens of CNC machining centers, including 5-axis gantry machines, capable of processing engineering plastics (ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, etc.) and metals (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.), with tolerances up to ±0.01–0.05mm.
Silicone vacuum casting uses a prototype made via 3D printing or CNC machining as the master pattern to create silicone molds, from which PU materials are cast to replicate parts. A single silicone mold can produce 20–30 pieces, making it suitable for small‑batch trials and functional validation, especially for parts with complex curved surfaces and undercut structures.
RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) is a process in which two‑component materials are mixed and injected into a mold at low pressure, where they react and cure to form the final part. Our RIM services are ideally suited for large‑size, thick‑walled plastic enclosures in small‑to‑medium batch production. With mold costs significantly lower than those of steel injection molds, RIM is the preferred choice for low‑volume production of large‑sized enclosures.
Rapid tooling serves as a critical bridge between prototype validation and mass production—providing transitional molds at lower costs and shorter lead times, enabling small‑batch trial production and market validation before committing to production steel molds. We offer three solutions: silicone molds, resin molds, and aluminum molds, covering production needs from dozens to several thousand pieces.
Injection molding is a highly efficient production process in which molten plastic is rapidly injected into steel molds and cooled to form parts in large volumes. We offer injection molding services suitable for high‑volume plastic enclosure production, with a wide range of material options (ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, PEEK, and more), ensuring excellent product consistency, high dimensional accuracy, and low per‑unit costs.
Spray painting and assembly are the final stages of product manufacturing, directly determining the appearance quality and delivery condition of finished products.
