RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) is a process in which two-component materials are mixed and injected into a mold at low pressure, where they react and cure to form the final part. Our RIM services are ideally suited for large-sized, thick-walled plastic enclosures in small-to-medium batch production. With mold costs significantly lower than those of steel injection molds, RIM is the preferred choice for low-volume production of large enclosures.
