Product structural optimization is a critical pre-manufacturing step. Based on the customer's 3D data or physical samples, we conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to identify potential issues such as draft angles, uneven wall thickness, sink mark risks, rib placement, snap-fit structures, and weld lines, providing optimization recommendations to reduce downstream tooling and production risks.

We combine 3D printing and CNC machining to rapidly produce validation prototypes for hands-on verification of mounting structures, part fit, motion clearances, structural strength, and appearance. Physical prototypes reveal assembly interference and design defects that are difficult to spot in 3D drawings, allowing design confirmation before tooling begins and avoiding the cost of design changes later.
